Kelly Edward Wilson is a military doctor in North Carolina.
He was born in Wichita, Kansas and grew up on multiple military bases
throughout the United States. His father was in the United States Air Force,
and Wilson enlisted when he was only seventeen years old.Kelly Edward Wilson gained valuable
leadership skills and learned about network communications. He left the
military after three years of service and began working for AT&T. Kelly Edward Wilson chose
to earn a college degree as well and graduated from Dallas Baptist University
in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He continued to
work for AT&T until 2009. That year, he joined the United States Army and
began pursuing a medical degree.
Kelly Edward Wilson completed all of his medical school
prerequisites at Wichita State University before apply to the University of
Kansas School of Medicine. He was accepted and spent the next four years
learning about biology, chemistry, and anatomy. Kelly Edward Wilson spent the first two years
studying in a classroom setting and the next two years completing his clinical
training. After he graduated in 2012 with his Doctor of Medicine, he decided to
pursue training in internal medicine. He completed a yearlong internship and
then a residency that lasted for two years. During that time, he learned how to
recognize and treat a wide array of illnesses in adults. While Wilson was a
student, he was a reserve in the United States Army. He used the military’s
Health Professions Scholarship Program as well.
After Kelly Edward Wilson completed his medical training, he
began building his career as a physician. He was stationed at the Womack Army
Medical Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Womack Army Medical Center treats members
of the military and their families. The facility offers every service a family
could possibly need. Dr. Wilson, as an internist, treats adults who have
chronic diseases and other illnesses. He works with inpatients, or patients who
need to be observed or treated in the center. Dr. Wilson has made several
professional achievements, and was recommended for an award by his superiors.
Kelly Edward Wilson earned the award due to his patient care, his successful
study of inpatient internal medicine, and his research. Dr. Kelly Edward Wilson
cares about serving his country and taking care of his patients. He is a
dedicated doctor and a loyal member of the United States Army.
